A : Yes! All Orbitous properties feature a seamless self-check-in system. You will receive a comprehensive Digital Guest Manual via WhatsApp or email 24 hours before your arrival, containing your unique access codes and parking instructions.
A : Standard check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. This allows our cleaning team enough time to ensure the unit is spotless for the next guest.
A : We understand travel schedules vary! Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability (depending on when the previous guest leaves or the next guest arrives). Please contact us on the day of your arrival / departure to confirm, additional charges may apply.
A : As our properties are residential units, we do not have a dedicated concierge desk. However, reach out to us, and we will do our best to check if the unit is ready for early drop-off.
A : Absolutely. Every Orbitous stay is equipped with high-speed, unlimited Wi-Fi, making our homes suitable for digital nomads and business travelers.
A : Yes. We provide fresh bath towels, body wash, and shampoo for every guest. To support sustainability, we encourage guests to bring their own toothbrushes and toothpaste.
A : While tap water in Malaysia is generally used for washing, we provide either a filtered water dispenser or a kettle in all our units for your convenience.

A : Booking directly with Orbitous Stay saves you from paying third-party service fees (which can be 15% or higher). You also get more direct communication with the host and priority for special requests.
A : We accept Bank Transfers (Instant Transfer) only at the moment. Details will be provided once your reservation is confirmed.
A : The deposit is a standard procedure to cover any incidental damages. It is collected before check-in and is fully refunded to your bank account or e-wallet within 48 hours after check-out, following a satisfactory room inspection.
A : Safety is our top priority. All our properties are located in buildings with CCTV surveillance in common areas (entrance only), and secured key-card access for lifts / lobbies.
A : Please contact us immediately. A replacement fee of RM150 will be charged to cover the cost of the card and the reprogramming of the security system.
A : To ensure the privacy and security of our neighbours, only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Day visitors are permitted but must follow building security registration procedures (if relevant).
A : No. To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbours, our units are strictly for residential stay only. Parties, loud music, and events are not permitted.
A : We love animals, but to ensure the comfort of all our guests — especially those with allergies — and to comply with building management regulations, pets are strictly not allowed in any of our properties. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a hypoallergenic environment.
A : All Orbitous Stay units are strictly non-smoking environments. This includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vapes. Please be advised that a specialised deep-cleaning fee of RM300 will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found inside the unit to restore it for the next guest.
